Shipping Policy
Our $9 flat rate applies to each shipment of up to 4 to 8 items (depending on product) shipped anywhere in the continental United States from our Kingston Springs kitchen just outside of Nashville.
Since Nashville is centrally located within the United States, you can usually receive our cookies within 1-3 days by choosing Fedex Ground (see map below).
Please contact Fedex if you have a question about Fedex Ground. We want you to have the freshest cookies possible. And since we don’t add any preservatives, our cookies are best eaten or frozen within 2 to 5 days after baking.
We ship on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Cut-off time for Wednesday orders is 10am CST to ship same day. If those days won’t work for your needs, you can opt for Fedex 2-day or Fedex Overnight for an additional charge by calling our kitchen at 615.200.0780. Rates change according to how many boxes are being shipped, the shipping destination, and fuel charges from Fedex.
